Sitting on an unspoilt stretch of coastline just one hour north of Lisbon on Portugal’s Silver Coast, the Beach Pebble Villas each have 3 bedrooms and a private pool and are part of a small and very charming Eco resort & hotel where originality, comfort and hospitality are keywords.
In harmony with its natural surrounds, the resort is cradled by pine trees, facing west with views over sand dunes to the ocean and is a place of ecological ideals, using principals of sustainable tourism and energy efficiency, natural resources and renewable energies. Both sophisticated and relaxed, the amenities on offer include an Ayurvedic Spa, Yoga and Pilates classes; a lake-side outdoor dining room for special occasions and a restaurant with its own organic kitchen garden; as well as a cinema room to watch televised sports events or a film. You can explore your surroundings by going for a walk along the dunes or a ride on the resort bikes; you can participate in some rod fishing or mussel harvesting; you can join other guests by the hotel outdoor bonfire or you can just enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace of your own private villa. This is the perfect place for a complete switch-off holiday any time of the year.
There are a total of 9 contemporary design villas of 3 different types and sizes: the Townhouses are the most compact, the Green Villas are semi-detached and there are two individual Blue Villas. All have been individually styled inspired by Morocco, India and the African savannah and using regional stone and pebbles, glass and wood features fitting to their setting. Each townhouse or villa features 3 en-suite bedrooms, a living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace and a small outdoor pool, and enjoys views over the sand dunes to the ocean.

Whilst children under ten years of age are accepted at villa/townhouse rentals, restrictions apply regarding the hotel and use of communal pool and spa. All the villas/townhouses also have several levels, open plan areas with unprotected drops and no pool fences, making them less suitable for very young children and guests with limited mobility.

TOWNHOUSE ACCOMMODATION – 6 GUESTS
There are 3 Townhouses with partial sea views, each totalling 130 sq metres in size spread over various floors. They have 3 bedrooms (mix of twin & queen size beds) each with a private bathroom (two shower bathrooms & one bathroom with separate shower), a spacious living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, terraces, barbecue area and plunge pool (8,35 sq metres).
GREEN VILLAS ACCOMMODATION – 6 GUESTS
There are 4 semi-detached Green Villas of which 3 Superior Villas overlook sand dunes and have a small a garden area. All the villas total 200 sq meters in size each spread over several floors and enjoy ocean views from the master bedroom. The accommodation also includes a spacious living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (mix of twin & queen size beds) each with a private bathroom (two shower bathrooms & one bathroom with separate shower), and a terrace with barbecue area and plunge pool (25-30 m2) with manual-use cover.
BLUE VILLAS ACCOMMODATION – 6 GUESTS
The 2 detached Blue Villas also have sea views:

BLUE VILLA 13 – Has a total of 196 sq metres spread over several levels and a swimming pool of 47 sq metres with an automatic articulated floating cover. There is an office space separate from the main house and it has 3 bedrooms (mix of twins & queen size beds) located on the first floor, each with a private bathroom (two shower bathrooms & one bathroom with separate shower).

BLUE VILLA 11- Has a total of 214 sq metres spread over several levels and a swimming pool of 46 sq metres with an automatic articulated floating cover. There 2 bedrooms on the first floor and another bedroom located in an adjacent annex with garden and pool view (mix of twins & queen size beds), each with a private bathroom (two shower bathrooms & one bathroom with separate shower).

Each villa also has a spacious living room with fireplace on the ground floor, fully equipped kitchen, terraces, and barbecue area.

STAFF & SERVICES

WELCOME ARRIVAL KIT at each villa/townhouse includes herbal teas, mineral water, fruit & snacks; but other items can be requested/payable locally.

HOTEL RESTAURANT/BAT/GROCERY STORE : The underlying philosophy of the restaurant is to make the most of what Mother Earth has to offer – whether from the land or from the sea, and to offer a mouth-watering cuisine. Additive-free, most the vegetables come straight from the hotel’s own organic kitchen garden with an abundance of herbs and spices being used. The restaurant is open for lunches and dinners daily with an average price of a meal being €60 per person.

A delicious BUFFET BREAKFAST is included in the rental price served at the hotel between 8.30am – 12 noon: its composed of regional delicacies and organic products from the hotels own produce, freshly squeezed juices, fresh fruit, a variety of breads and cereals, homemade cakes, yogurts and jams.

ROOM SERVICE each villa/townhouse is also available at client’s cost, with a choice of light & delicious meals to choose from.

The SPA has two massage rooms, Sauna and Turkish Bath, plus a relaxation room and is open daily from 10am – 8 pm, or till 9 pm from June to October. The hotel outdoor swimming pool (7 m wide x 16 m long x 1.4 m deep) is heated by solar panels between April and October. Children under 10 years old will be permitted at the hotel pool between 9am – 12 noon, but only under adult supervision; whilst the spa area is reserved for those who are over the age of 16.

HOUSEKEEPING is included daily & bed linen and bathroom towel are changed as required. CONCIERGE SERVICE. BICYCLES for client use are free of charge whilst ELECTRIC BICYCLES are available for hire. BABYSITTING on request. LISBON AIRPORT TRANSFERS on request.

The Beach Pebbles Villas/Townhouses have a maximum occupancy of six guests each with extra rooms/nights stay at the hotel are available on request; minimum stay of 2 nights stay applies; flexible change-over days; check in after 4pm & check-out before 12 noon; early check-in possible with a surcharge; no smoking accommodation; hair dryers provided; safety deposit box available; under-floor cooling/heating & logs for fireplaces are included as required; all resort pools (spa & villas/townhouses) are heated by solar panels between April and October with pool/beach towels provided for client use; there is wireless internet throughout the hotel & villas/townhouses; each villa/townhouse is equipped with satellite TV (Sky News, BBC World News, Bloomberg, MTV, amongst others) whilst villas/townhouses guests are welcome to use the Seventh Art Room (cinema room) inside the hotel area to view films or a special sports event; for events and celebrations the Green House can be hired (600 m2 / max. 250 people).
